Picture Frame Workshop 10+

Create your own handmade ceramic picture frame designed to hold your favorite memories.

In this guided handbuilding workshop, you’ll shape and design a custom frame from clay using simple techniques. You can add textures, patterns, or decorative elements to make your piece personal and unique.

In your second session, you’ll return to glaze your frame, choosing colors that bring your design to life and complete the final look.

The result is a functional, decorative piece — perfect for displaying photos, artwork, or meaningful moments.

Workshop Format

Session 1 – Handbuilding (approx. 1.5–2 hours)
Create your picture frame using handbuilding techniques and add decorative details.

Session 2 – Glazing (approx. 1–1.5 hours)
Apply glaze and complete your frame with your chosen colors.

Pickup
Your finished piece will be ready in approximately 2–3 weeks after firing.

• No experience needed — beginner-friendly
• Recommended for ages 12+
• All materials, tools, glazing, and kiln firing included
• Each piece is unique — slight variations are part of the process
• Wear comfortable clothing

Small Group Experience

We keep our workshops small and personal (minimum 4 participants). If the minimum isn’t met, we’ll offer an easy reschedule or credit.
