Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Nushi Art House, class sizes are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. When you reserve a spot, we set aside studio space, materials, and instructor time specifically for you.

Workshops & Classes

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a one-time reschedule or studio credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable and not eligible for studio credit or rescheduling.
• No-shows forfeit the full workshop fee.
• Studio credit, when issued, is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Nushi Art House reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of documented emergencies at its sole discretion.

Private Events & Birthday Parties

Reservation fees and deposits for private events and birthday parties are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability.

Class Cancellations by Nushi Art House

In the event that Nushi Art House must cancel a class, workshop, or event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund, studio credit, or transfer to another available session.
