Create a personalized ceramic plate with your own message, design, or meaningful words.

In this guided handbuilding workshop, you’ll shape a plate from clay and imprint or design a custom message on its surface. Whether it’s a name, a phrase, or a simple design, each piece becomes a personal and expressive creation.

In your second session, you’ll return to glaze your plate, choosing colors that bring your design to life and complete the final look.

The result is a functional, food-safe ceramic plate that carries your message — perfect for everyday use or as a meaningful gift.

Workshop Format

Session 1 – Handbuilding (approx. 1.5–2 hours)
Create your plate using slab-building techniques and add your custom message or design.

Session 2 – Glazing (approx. 1–1.5 hours)
Apply glaze and complete your piece with your chosen colors.

Pickup
Your finished plate will be ready in approximately 2–3 weeks after firing.

• All materials, tools, glazing, and kiln firing included
• Each piece is unique — slight variations are part of the process
• Wear comfortable clothing

Small Group Experience

We keep our workshops small and personal (minimum 4 participants). If the minimum isn’t met, we’ll offer an easy reschedule or credit.
